My discovery of Hobbes was a complete fluke. A wonderful happy accident. This morning coffee was supposed to be at another café close by, but they were closed and I ended up at Hobbes with a friend. This café opened in June, and it's one of the first vegan-friendly places I've been to in Paris. But, I was there to check out the coffee, and it was delicious. Mornings tend to be calm there, so it is the perfect place to sit back with a friend and have a nice long catch up.


Nice touch: carafes of water had thyme in them.
